Stouffer's Beef Enchiladas, Party Size Frozen Meals, Enchilada Frozen Dinner 3.563 lb.

Christmas Eve is always a challenge in our family for dinner. We know we can depend on Stouffer‘s lasagna to please everyone. So this year we tried something different. We were very pleased. Drop some sour cream on those and it was a special meal. We will be doing that again.

They were way drier than I expected really could've used more sauce....... the rice was minimal,,, hardly any with each serving.. It had good taste but not enough mositure..... the inside was a sort of shredded beef wtih spices cooked down with black beans.... the tortillas very dry, not normal tortillas.. From the texture I think its a corn and flour dough that they cut into strips and roll...... It is good, but if you buy it.. may I suggest getting some chili sauce or extra enchie sauce of some sort. to put on while baking

You get a lot of food for your money; but as is, it tastes ok...just bland and surprisingly dry. The product was hot; but the cheese wasn't melted. Maybe for the last 10 minutes, add a lot of red enchilada sauce, shredded cheese, and a hot salsa or sauce.

Looks really good and flavorful but it was bland. The worse part is there is about a quarter cup of beef fragments. Not beefy enough. Tons of beans, squash, but not enough beef. Most of the time Stouffers is good but this is really disappointing.

if I could give it zero stars in all categories I would don't waste your money on this trash most of the enchiladas had no sauce on them they tasted like freezer burn they were crisp hard very little less than a teaspoon of filling in a enchilada complete trash I got a refund don't buy these

They looked ok, but the taste was awful!! We could'nt find the meat. We had to add Enchilada sauce, cheese and Hamburger. For what they cost,I could have made my own for about half the cost and they would of tasted waaaaaay better. My daughter picked these up, The box would have probably tasted better.....

Worst tasting Stouffer's item I've ever had. These have a fake, smoky flavoring which reminded me of the smell and taste of lighter fluid. I couldn't get past that to eat these when I tried them. Very disappointed as I love Stouffer's Lasagna and other products. These have very little meat, and are skimpy on cheese, sauce, and rice. Buy a different brand. Every other brand I've tried is much better, and doesn't have this horrible added flavoring which completely ruined this dish for me.

I'm sorry but Stauffers has the worst horrible tasting beef enchilada I have ever eaten. This is disgusting and nasty. It made us want to gag and felt like we were food poisoned. I had to throw this in the trash because of the taste. I think it was rotten from being thawed and then refrozen again. The color of the cheese was just not good looking at it after baked. Who sells food like this to their customers. I will never buy this junky food again. The taste was old Cardboard and made us sick. It's very disappointing because I was really looking forward to having a good meal. Just grotesque! No meat was even noticed.

this was incredibly bland. Stouffer's had to have changed their recipe, I've had this before and don't recall it being as disgusting as it is. I mean, it really tastes like nothing. it's such a shame when companies prioritize their own profits over the quality of their foods. it directly leads to the situation where they have cut so many costs that calling this food is laughable considering it's not even palatable. I would be asking for a refund if I could.

Did not taste good at all. I have purchased other brands before and reallt liked those a lot but this brand left a lot to be desired. Also i couldn't give top review for value eithwr because the other brands come with rice and i thought this one did as well however once again i was let down. no rice at all. not even a little bit. And where is the cheese? This is a mexican dish there should be cheese or atleast enough to keep me from asking about it. If there was cheese it couldn't have been much at all. Thank goodness i had some here at the house along with sour cream. i was able to pile borh those on top to make it atleast edible i mean i cant afford to to waste food. im on a big time fixed income budget. i have to eat it even when it tastes like dog food but i think this was worse than dog food because my poor dog didnt even want the left overs on my plate. He sniffed it and jerked his head away and walked off without even trying a bite. He knew better and luckily had a full bowl of dog food as a second choice. Now thats bad!! Dont waste your money folks. its gross!!
