After a hard day's work either at home or work and cooking doesn't inspire any thoughts, this product is wonderful. Pop it in the micro for required minutes, add a salad, string beans, broccoli and some grapes or an apple and voila -- all food groups covered. I love it!!!
I am 95 1/2 yrs. Old. Thank you for your frozen foods. and the Invention of the microwave !! I am still here !! XO. Happily grateful.
These tv dinners are literally TOP TIER like I absolutely have NOTHING bad to say they are affordable and in no way lacking in taste and ability to leave me super full and satisfied! I work A LOT and this is my treat on my work days as I just do not have time to cook a large meal everyday so I am grateful for this specially because I’ve tried a lot of different dishes from other brands and they are ok but I’m never going back only staying with Stouffers from now on so good!! Thanks
Honestly really surprised there’s any poor reviews here. For a tv dinner this is amazing and I am not a huge fan of tv dinners. Both the Salisbury steak and the macaroni and cheese are delicious. I did cook this in oven, which I think if you have the time is the best cooking option. Definitely take a chance with this and form your own opinion.
I bought this for my mom because she dont eat much, just the right size for her. Definitely better cooked in the over and letting it set a couple minutes before eating so the sauce on the mac and cheese thickens. My only complaint is the gravy on the steak is so oily, i put her food on a separate plate and scooped out the good part of the gravy. The compartments are separate, i was hoping so because you cant tell from the picture.
This is the Best Frozen Meal out there. I can make this for my 99 year old Mom and She really enjoys This COMBINATION.. She doesn't like frozen mashed potatoes at all and She has swallowing problems with meat and uncooked noodles (this patty isn't full if grissel like the other brands) also, the macaroni noodles are Soft tasting freshly made .. (most are cooked to a rubbery undone shell in ither brands)
I like Salisbury Steak. It's a favorite, and to find a Stouffer's frozen serving was Tommy delight. It was easy to prepare and tasted like Salisbury Steak should taste. The meat was firm as it should be and the wholemeal was delicious. I have two more in my freezer.
I have been eating Stouffer's dinners for years and think they are one of the best dinners. Salisbury steak single servings are one of my favorites. I did try a chicken, potato and corn dinner recently and it was a little over powered by too much pepper which I did not like because seniors don't usually eat a lot of pepper.
It’s okay for a small, quick lunch. Ingredients show a lot of chemicals. This feels and tastes like engineered food. Gravy saves the day. Otherwise the meat is fairly flavorless. I would not recommend this for daily consumption. You get what you pay for.
This food tastes worse than hospital food, don't feed this to your animals, It's not worth the price you are paying and it should be removed from all store freezers, the amount of food in this package if it were good would not even feed a 5 year old in one Sitting!
