Stouffer's makes it right

DavidPenberg September 11, 2025

when I'm in the mood for some spaghetti and meatballs and I don't feel like cooking. nothing tastes more like home cooked spaghetti and meatballs then Stouffer's. it's easy to make and always taste good right from your microwave. the meatballs taste real meaty and I usually have a little garlic bread around so I can mop up any spaghetti sauce that's left behind. try Stouffer's spaghetti and meatballs

Easy way to have the classic dish

melissak84 February 28, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this item for my honest review. The spaghetti and meatballs are an easy way to have the classic dish. The pasta is cooked through and the sauce is delicious. The sauce has a very smooth and creamy finish. Lastly, the meatballs are seasoned well and were light and fluffy, Pair this with some bread and you have a complete meal.

Fresh

RocioP March 17, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is me before eating it. It was so good. It really tasted like a fresh made pasta. My nephew tried it, and he was ready to eat all of it from me. This will be something that I will buy for myself.

Solid Frozen Option

BrianneC February 22, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the general flavor of Stouffer's spaghetti and meatballs, especially the meatballs themselves. The tomato sauce had flavor and the noodles didn't stick together. It was an easy meal with just 6.5 minutes in the microwave and letting it cool down a bit. 22g of protein for this dish seems pretty good, and it's lower sodium than other frozen microwave meals that I've seen (though not “low sodium”). I felt that it was a good portion size for an adult meal.

get the spaghetti with meat sauce instead of meatballs! that's what I usually get in this time I accidentally got the e meatballs. I don't know why they taste so different than the meat sauce but they are absolutely disgusting! I ate one and I could not eat another. the spaghetti part was fine the sauce the meatball was nasty. make sure you get the meat sauce type not the meatballs!

Rich flavor, beats its competitor, but at a price

David April 12, 2026

Very flavor-rich but still has that "convenience price tag", which limits how practical it can be. I'll spare you the ingredients analysis but if you have hypertension the sodium might be an issue. The saturated ("bad") fat is not too terrible given the portion size. The price is well above the Lean Cuisine version of Spaghetti %26 Meatballs though (where I live anyways).

Very tasty spaghetti and meatballs

MARY April 25, 2026

Our family always liked the Stoufers lasagna. When we saw the spaghetti and meatballs we thought we’d try it. We are very happy with it. The taste is great. There is a nice amount of sauce, not too much. Just add bread and butter and a vegetable and you have a nice meal.

I was very angry because I ordered 12 of the spaghetti with meat sauce and you guys sent me six with meat sauce and six meatballs which I do not really like the ladder meatballs at all. It takes up a lot of the sauce and also it takes some of the spaghetti out, the quantity I mean. Anyway, I tried forever to get in contact with you to see if I can exchange them, but I could never get a hold of the real person. I just seen lots of lots of emails that never got replied to, and I share all my stuff again and I hope to pray that it came properly and I tried to write a note to your driver to make sure they were the right kind, meat sauce, not meatballs, and he was very accommodating and said he check for back to him and they were all perfect but two weeks ago I spent I guess around 24 hours. I don't know whatever 6×4 is… %26 yeah I got $24. So I just wasted 24 if you guys wanna come and exchange those. I am on disability so I can't get there. I would need you to just bring me six meat sauce and I give you these ones for meatballs back it cleared to make an exchange for me. This is even get into a real person and not some automated review machine or whatever thanks Travis Ammons

Stouffer's is a great quick go to meal company for families and individuals. You'd never know our teen daughter comes from an Italian family with how much she loves this! It's her absolute favorite dinner. Microwave for 6-6:30 minutes, place in bowl give it a stir, add a little Parmesan cheese and you're good to go. Comes with a lot of meatballs and plenty of sauce. Very filling, good portion size, add a side salad and garlic bread and you have a large meal.

Ashley June 18, 2026

My kids actually like the spaghetti if they're ever craving something fast and easy I take one of these out of the freezer and they have their lunch or dinner set within minutes. I have no issues. My kid loves these. I had them as a child. The taste is the same as it was 30 years ago no issues no complaints.
