it does loosen the sludge and build up in older vehicles and engines. I have a 1986 Chevy C10 and it does well breaking down the grime in the engine. now no product will completely clean the inside but this product does as well as it describes. I have not had any issues with using this product.

You can tell how well a flush works when the used oil that comes out has no viscosity at all - flows like water. This product accomplished that.

My car mileage is over 113,000 miles and this additive works great in extended the life of not only my engine but the engine oil that I put in between changes! i definitely can tell the difference how my car engine runs after applying this additive.

I take pride in still changing my own oil. I got tips on maintaining my Toyota Camry hybrid from the "Car Care Nut" on You Tube, and this was one of his suggestions (Episode: Why Toyota's (and other brands) consume oil nowadays - you'll learn a lot!). I put the flush in, and put my Camry Hybrid into Maintenance Mode so that it idled for 15 minutes straight. I then put the car on stands and emptied the oil while it was still quite warm. After I did the oil change, I checked the oil dip stick. I have never seen the oil so clean!! So clean, in fact, that I found it difficult to see where the oil level was on the dipstick! This seems to have really cleaned out the engine! My only concern is that this product does not affect the engine seals. If so, I learned something like this should only be done once in a blue moon. But the packaging says it does not contain solvents that will hurt the engine seals. Hope so! Highly reccomended.

This is some powerful stuff. I have a 2003 and actually didn't need an oil change or followed the directions to the T. I drove about 40 miles. This morning when I started my car I could hear all the junk it loosened and removed. Now I'm waiting for Walmart to bring my oil and filter. I'm changing the oil 4000 miles ahead of time. I'm just wondering if all that stuff I heard will actually come out of the drain hole. I will update

I was having low oil pressure issues and some ticking sounds so I ran this through on my last oil change. It helped quite a bit but still is having some problems. I'm going to try again because I think my engine was really gunked up. If I didn't think the product helped I wouldn't do it again so I believe it did help.
