i have the unlimited plan for myself, but this plan is perfect for my mother, who never calls anyone, and who doesn't know how to text. i don't have to worry about my mom not having service, though, and for under $40 a month, the peace of mind is worth it.

This plan would have been ideal for my dad since he doesn't use web or text much. It is less expensive than an individual plan from Verizon or ATT. However it won't work with the bring your own phone option. They only take the $45 card if you don't use their phone.

Would have been awesome if I could get it to get Signal. Keep Dropping the phone signal not worth it. Trying to find a simple phone that my 78-year-old aunt can use. is on a fixed income. She cannot understand the smartphones.

never received it. contacted customer service. after all the options available, suggested I call Straight Talk... who sent me back to Walmart. I tried to stay positive and patient, but am very frustrated. I'll just have to refund and start over. very inconvenient. hopefully it's a one-time experience.

I unfortunately purchased the wrong card which now I am out $30 no matter what unless you're going to refund it to me cuz it hasn't been put on a phone I'm a little bit upset because it doesn't clarify and bigger words some of us are in a rush to get things done so big words saying flip phone would be nice instead I needed one for a smartphone what you guys don't have in stock

non-refundable, yet this is the SECOND card of this type that i have bought, had to call customer service both times, neither time was the barley understandable representative able to help.

I purchased a phone for someone and got this card, of course this card isn't compatible with the straight talk phone I bought so I'm out 30 dang bucks. What a rip off and a crappy scheme

Since beginning Straight Talk service I have had nothing, but poor customer service. I have been on hold for many hours trying to fix their errors. I feel they are poorly trained. I have also had difficulty contacting their email customer service dept.

The last two on line purchases failed to be delivered to my e mail. I got the confirmation of the order but not the electronic delivery. I had to copy the order number and go to a different web site to retrieve it. Very frustrating and time consuming.
