Where we live in the trees in the country there is horrible cell service! Our Wi-Fi is spotty at times. my 3 year old will have a full blown- crisis meltdown if he's trying to play a game or watch a show on his iPad. Someone told me about this cell phone service for out here saying never drops! And so far it doesn't!!!!

This plan runs my phone and wifi with no issues. I've been using straight talk for years. Great company. Great plan. I can stream on my TV and use my laptop simultaneously using the hotspot included in this plan. Walmart being included is wonderful as well. With this $65 a month card, I get Internet, phone, Walmart , and Paramount which is essential for me where I'm a lifelong fan of combat sports and cartoons

I never run out of data or the speed never slows down and I can allow upto 10 other devices to use my 5g hotspot and it doesn't effect my data any it's the best $65 plan that I have ever bought All the other companies like T-Mobile etc etc all are crappy to me compared to the service I get through straightalk I highly recommend it to anyone they use the Verizon network to so they are at the top of the line also

I just became a straight talk. Member and I have had problems with my applications of adding time since day one. Only been a member for a month, and I did my first Activation in the store with a new iPhone. I did not get all my perks with the $65 plan that is advertised. This is my second month and I purchased the card through M Walmart application, and it was a smooth transition. It did put it straight on my account using my phone number only within seconds so that right there was a easy thing but this $65 plan is going through change is dealing with no phone coverage, which was the reason why I started off with the plan and to begin with and already I was not able to utilize it, but because of the unlimited everything I'm going, I kept it so it could be no slowness in receiving Texas or giving calls and what not because of the high grade of a phone that I have it was convenient and it was easy to use to get pay for my phone but straight talk has a lot of issues they need to fix dealing with the $65 unlimited plan and they need to take all the ones that says phone coverage off the shelf cause that is a lot cause I have a text saying that it will not be running that phone covers by May 6, 2026, but the Activation was convenient. And I did not get to even use my Walmart plus the first month that I signed up. They don't tell you that with this car you have to wait for your second time of putting money on your car for your Walmart plus to be free for the account, which I think is another bad thing for someone's paying $65 I think that part is false advertisement.

I dislike the fact that I paid for a service card 6 days ago and it's still not loaded to my phone.I've talked to customer service everyday and still no help and I have my receipt and everyone still act like they can't load the service card to my phone.I will make sure I let everyone I can know about this problem and show them why they shouldn't order a service card because this will happen and no one will help you.I have all my facts and receipts for me to do so .

Day 2 (plan renewing) of my 3rd month of this? right? i bought it first in April...and its June. ok. stay with me. nothings changed. But the phone went ROGUE on me and i cannot change the Data Saver to off. and my data is froze til ? when because as ive just said....it just restarted on the 10th. and today is the 12. i know bc im also sick and cant go anywhere.

Very disappointed ~ I have ordered these online as direct top ups for years, and this one not only never got delivered, but there is no way to get the time or money back from Walmart or Straight Talk. So it's really awesome when it works, but unfortunately, there is no recourse when the system fails. Super frustrating, and expensive.

I haven't received them yet. If you sent them then you are going to have to wait and call me then wait until I can get someone to bring me to the door, or you actually come in and bring it to me. Option 2 would be best for me. Now I'm concerned about the jewelry too that's coming.

Do not buy it from this company they say they got the best connection. I have to call them every day and spend an hour and a half just to put in an order. I literally have to call them. That's the only way my phone will work. I don't know if they bought out Verizon and now they have too many people on the line, but this service is horrible and I've had it for like 10 years garbage garbage garbage garbage do not buy Straittalk do not buy Verizon. Don't buy whatever companies is affiliated with this don't buy it because they'll tell you great service but there's no service.
