I bought this iPhone 13 as a birthday gift for my mother. I wanted to gift her a new phone so she could see her grandson whenever she wanted via FaceTime. Activation was easy with transferring her current number. The ease of installation was new to her with the apps and learning how to use the phones features. Sound was much much better and clearer when talking compared to her previous phone; especially with her hearing impairment. Battery life has no complaints, as it lasts the entire day for her while working and through day to day tasks. She told me this was the best gift I could gift her, because it allowed her to see her grandson more and be able to talk without having any interference. I do recommend this product for purchase. Whether for yourself or a gift for a family member or someone you care about.

this is the best phone i’ve gotten so far, the battery life is at 100%, camera quality is great, and the phone was not damaged in anyway and the phone also came with instructions to start your phone plan and it was very easy to follow. 10/10 definitely recommend.

I really like the the phone it was a great price a little different from my iPhone mini but easy to use, however the customer service at Walmart was absolutely horrible, no one new any thing about the set up even though it was offered with on line purchase, just take it to your nearest Walmart and they will help you get everything set up. They were rude said we don’t do that anymore and walked away it took me over 2 hours talking to a customer service person at straight Talk who didn’t know what she was doing to finally get the phone set up! The camera is very nice but I wouldn’t buy it from Walmart again way to much confusion and hassle for me

i really loved this phone! I had bought an 11 and it randomly stopped working, so I reordered and found this one for the same price; i was skeptical and scared to buy it, but I was impatient and went for it. It has a great screen and I love it! I love the quality a lot. I mostly got it to take pictures and I am able to because there is a lot of storage.

I got this phone 4-5 months ago and its battery life is perfect, it has no issues, camera is great, quality is great nothing is wrong this phone is perfect for its price.

I’ve ordered two of the iPhone 13 and one iPhone 14. I ended up buying another 13 in store. I got them for me and my three teens. We did have a little bit of issues activating two of the phones but after I got it sorted, me and my girls been pretty happy with the phones. The prices of the phones are waaaayy cheaper here compared to getting them even at rhe phone companies or like the marketplace. We haven’t had any issues with the battery life or any kind of glitches, highly recommend buying the phones

The phone itself was great! It came as expected and in new condition. The price was on point. The issues I had were due to Walmart failing to scan the barcode on the box before mailed to me. This lead to many inconveniences and a large amount of stress just to get the phone activated. I had to prove I purchased the phone (for an online purchase?) as well as advocate for myself as a consumer to get the matter resolved. It should never be this hard when Walmart made the mistake. In store employees blamed it on the online employees and online customer service referred me back to in store customer service. It was an awful experience. Do better Walmart.

I currently go through Straight Talk and when I attempted to activate my new sim card (which I had to buy separately, the phone didn't come with one) it was not eligible. The packaging for the phone says Total Wireless with Straight Talk which is not eligible.
