Screen is VERY big
I upgraded from the 8+ to this so because I was used to the big screen I went with the max. I had severe headaches for about 2 weeks until my eyes adjusted to the new screen size. That's better now, but my other issue with the max is that it's not compatible with smaller hands. My palm at the base of my thumb always touches before the tip of my thumb (on opposite sides of the screen) so I'm constantly pressing the wrong thing or changing things without meaning to.

It's a nice phone but sometimes blanks off and when it does you have to reset the phone

Ridiculous
Have had the phone for two days and technical support can't activate it. Called twice and told to wait 25 hurs max each time for it to download. That's 48 hours for a 24 hour wait. Will be returning the phone and cancelling my other Straight Talk phone.
