iPhone 15 Plus
The iPhone 15 Plus is great! However, when I first received my phone, I had to call in to activate the phone due to an error. During the call, the agent stated the e-Sim was lost and it also had to be rebranded. The e-Sim took 24 hours to regenerate and only a few minutes to rebrand. Other than that, the phone is great!

Great phone 15 plus
I just switch from android to iPhone and with this 15 plus it is so easy. I thought it would take me awhile to get the hang of the phone but I love it!

Pain to switch to Straight Talk
Phone is phone, but switching over to straight talk is a pain in the butt. You have to use their service for 60 days before you decide you want to use a different carrier. If you want to unlock your sim, they'll charge you $300 to do so. Took about 10 hours of phone calls with more than six representatives to set up my phone. (Switched from Xfinity mobile to Straight talk).

do NOT shop with straight talk!!!
I bought this phone two weeks ago and had it activated before getting it repaired at apple. straight talk will no longer activate my phone now it's locked to their carrier so i can't do anything with the phone!! my icloud was connected to the number and i no longer have access to anything.
