Straight Talk Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max, 256GB, Natural - Prepaid Smartphone

Made the jump from Android to iOS with this phone and am happy so far with my purchase. i did a lot of research of what my needs were with both operating environments and came to the conclusion that i wanted a the simple path. The biggest hurdle is retraining my muscle memories from S4 - S8 into the apple side of things. (for the most part it's the same concept but different icons)

Phone has met all of my expectations.

I'm obsessed with my new iPhone 15 Pro Max! I love everything about this phone, I have not used all the features on it yet but I'm sure I will soon.

New to iPhone experience with android systems. The changes are having short learning curves. Will be learning more about the features and abilities of the phone in the coming months.

Not sure yet just read the description has grey when it says natural and it say iphone 15 pro max 6.7 screen but description says iPhone 15 pro 6.1 screen ..I hope I'm gonna get the right one in the mail

Bought this phone and then it was delayed in shipping, had to contact customer service and they said my item was damaged in transit. Was promised a priority shipping two days later and still never received the item. Had to call days later after the promised time of it being shipped to my house, the customer service rep said they never sent out a new phone to be shipped to me so I had to ask to be refunded. But if i haven't called I never would've gotten a text/call or email saying I wouldn't receive my item. So I would've never been refunded if I wasn't the one to reach out over and over. Also was told on the phone by the rep that “I should probably not buy these types of things online and should go to the store and get them instead”

I was not satisfied at all the phone was suppose to be a straight talk carrier %26 it was not I have not received a refund
