Great
Phone is great, arrived fast. Only complaint is it could have been bubble wrapped vs flipping around in a box during delivery 📦. Especially since it's expensive phone. Easy to set up. Straight talk was great with setting up the ESIM.

FedEx Delivered an Empty Package !!
I didn't receive my phone someone stole it and an empty package was delivered to my home. Walmart hasn't refund me nor replaced it so I'm without a phone right now! 😭 I'm waiting on an investigation to take place from my bank in which I sent all the evidence including my door ring camera which shows them delivering an empty package. I will not be using Walmart online service for costly items again or for anything! This has been devastating! 😢 Walmart/ FedEx need to do better for situations like this!

I don't understand
I tried to activate my new phone and now I don't have a phone that works they said I have to wait 24 hours for it to activate. Walmart can't help me because the phone is locked? I just don't understand I've bought 6 iPhones and never had any issues I go big with the iPhone 15 pro max and now I don't have phone. I have a medical child anything can happen and I'd like to be able to know if something happens they should make this process faster. The phone seems nice I just don't understand what's going on. I've called straight talk 4 times today and they all said different things. I'll see if I can post a update tomorrow
