i love the pink lol i like my old camera better but this phone is great
First one I bought didn’t work but after I got the new one I love it and would definitely recommend I don’t really like the price but it could be better
I really needed to upgrade from my iPhone 12 and I'm a straight talk user for the last 13 years. I Ike to buy my phones out right and this was right up my alley. Affordable and a major upgrade. More memory , better camera , faster speed.
I was able to use this Straight Talk iPhone with Walmart Family Mobile, and the activation process was quick and easy. Everything set up smoothly, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their Walmart Family Mobile device.
I really like my iPhone 16. I bought it from Walmart and it arrived way sooner than I was told. I wanted a phone with a great camera and this is it! It’s also the perfect size, not too big or heavy. If you are looking for a great iPhone without paying a lot of money, get you an iPhone 16, I love it! And Walmart makes it so easy and hassle free.
It was very simple to switch over data from my previous iPhone. I enjoy the larger screen as well as the longer battery life.
I was so nervous to change from droid to apple but I'm very happy with this purchase. It did take a couple days longer to deliver than it initially was supposed to arrive. Got it set up easily per the instructions. It's such a pretty color although I wanted pink, but it was out of stock. It is a smaller iPhone but it actually fits in my hand better and my scrub pocket at work. This model iPhone has some newly added things like larger battery and some other tricks. I am enjoying being an iPhone girly!
Seems to be a decent phone but has a lot glitches. For the price I expected to get an upgrade from my iPhone 14 but it's not as good. I'm leasing it so I'm stuck with it but it makes me want to switch back to an Android. Siri comes on when it wants to, camera quality is ok and some of my apps won't work at all. I'm not impressed with this phone at all.
I purchased this phone over three months ago as a gift for my son and I’ve spent the last two months trying to activate it and it can’t be activated. It’s locked to a carrier. I’m not sure who the carrier is that it’s locked to so I’m basically out of $900 for iPhone that I cannot use and have no one to get in contact with about this issue. I’m past my 90 days and Wal-Mart will not give me a refund because this is out of my 90 days so I lost out on $900 and my son still doesn’t have his iPhone 16 epic fail will never purchase a phone on here ever again
Do not order a phone thru Walmart they use fedex for shipping. I attempted to order a phone thru them, first one I ordered they updated the tracking tummy the package was damaged and could not be delivered. I had to call Walmart who refunded my money immediately because they could see the tracking note. I turned around and ordered the same phone and although it required a signature, they delivered an empty box that was clearly tampered with. The tamper proof tape was clearly cut open and then retaped with clear tape. I called FedEx who told me to call Walmart. I called Walmart who gave me the run around for almost a month. They promised repeatedly they would give me my money back, even had managers promise to get me my money back. I finally called my credit card company and they were able to file a claim and finally close the dispute and credit me back my money. There have been hundreds of reports of FedEx employees stealing items and delivering empty boxes. I walked into best buy and got this phone and a phone case for $50 cheaper than what I paid on Walmart.com and was able to walk out the store with the phone. I just bought a $5 bring your device card they straight talk. If this happens to you, first thing you should do (which I didn’t), is file a police report.
