This is a fantastic phone! I got a special deal on which made it even better. I had an Apple SE version 2 before this. This phone is just a little bigger, but since there is no “Home” button, the usable screen is quite a bit larger. The battery also last quite a while between charges.
It was a nice upgrade from the 12 and it did not break the bank. The camera takes amazing pictures and processes really fast. I've had no issues had for about three weeks now very happy.
I am satisfied with the product, very good.
I really enjoy the phone 😊
Bc my entire transaction seemed to be effortless on my part. Everything was correct and prompt on behalf of Walmart for my entire transaction
Great deal on exceptional phone
I went from a 12 to 16e and I'm not sure what I expected but there isn't a huge difference…but I got a great deal when it debuted. I paid ~$399 and it came with a month of platinum service free and months 3-12 I'm supposed to get a $25 credit each month if I stay on platinum plan. I have longer battery life and it's soooo much faster. I also have a lot more available storage on it. So, if I were someone else considering a purchase, if I got a decent deal and was moving up several generations I'd say go for it. If you have a fairly new iPhone then I'd say maybe wait to see what comes out next. There could be some great features I'm not aware of and/or utilizing, so keep that in mind too. Overall, it's an awesome phone.
Having lots of trouble with the bundle and straight talk. Seems like Walmart did not inform straight talk that they were providing $30 off a month. However phone is great and activated fine with one free month of platinum service. Now if straight talk can comply with $30 off a month this is a good deal.
really bad service and impossible to talk to CSR.
Set up new phone thinking it came with a platinum service but never received the service
