Once I got it setup it's been easy to use . I haven't had it long enough to try out all the features but everything seems pretty simple. Which is nice for an older person who isn't tech savvy.

Not 128 GB memory-- 64GB.
I figured less than 3 stars was harsh. The phone is advertised as having 128Gb memory. When I receiveed it, it came as 64GB. While 64 isn't terrible, that's now what I was looking for. Other than that it's a great phone.

Meh.
Not super impressed. Phone is very slow and lags and freezes or restarts. Pictures were a big selling point but they aren't great . Phone advertised as having more storage than actually does, needs a memory card to reach that storage. Not really satisfied at all. Also gets terrible signal and have to restart often to get connection

My Fault
Stolen, day 2 of owning it. Phone %232, also stolen. Now my bf has the last phone I actually paid money for, and I have my old piece of cr*p phone still with no service, cut off Cricket.
