What I liked about this was the fact that it had three different sizes to choose from so regardless of what kind of phone you have you knew one of these would work for you. Also the shipping was unbelievably fast and anyone that's ever been without a SIM card knows they want it as quick as possible and this was quick!!!!

In an emergency i needed this Dual Sim kit and although they weren't in stock at any of my local Walmart Stores they shipped it to me the next day. StraighTalk customer service insisted they were available everywhere at Walmart but that is their issue not Walmarts. Another tproblem encountered was i was not allowed to make purchase in an emergency as a Guest without phone verification - ummmm my phone was brocken and i needed the part from you! to fix it?!?

this item requires help from Walmart customer service. i called customer service and they were very nice and kind and they walked me through this process very quickly and very thoroughly. they made sure that the phone was working properly before we ended the call. they called me twice just to be sure that everything was working as it should. i would definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs phone service.

I ordered a item on clearance so the price was definitely fitting and then also I had to complete a product return and I got my refund immediately and exchange for a like item and I was very satisfied with that whole product interaction and all the personnel involved and no complaints to refund given the fact that I'm a very difficult customer usually to deal with that I think that it was a very easy going transaction

I purchased the wrong one. But straight talk service is good. I had it once before I went to some where else. But I would recommend them, the thing their service would be the Representative, s don't always understand what you're telling them it can be very frustrating at times too, but the service is good mine was on Verizon network with them.

didn't have chance to use because some body named Justin can't follow goggle maps directions or he just passed it off to his buddy cause I never got it/he probably ask for a tip. wal, set I'll give you a tip , Justin is scamming you , fire him he's incompetent

straight talk help WAS OF NO HELP. I purchased a $65 unlimited card followed the instructions. scratched it off tried to get service and got nothing. tried to return it and because I scratched it COULDNT. I WILL NEVER USE WALMART CARDS(STRAIGHTTALK) AGAIN . $65.OO THROWN DOWN THE DRAIN!!? 😡 IM DISAPPOINTED

They left my order on the ground in front of my mail box when they should of left it in front of my door I'm very angry. I went and checked in my mail box and in front of it where it was and it was gone I'm very mad. Y'all owe me another straight talk sim kit.

well the atomated service on the website that did the activation did not work,spent 12 hours on the chat with 8 different texh people where noone could get to work,4 days with no way to reach anyone for help,and they mKinh me buy anyone so they can try again tommorrow another card they might mess up at my exspense!
