this phone is the best Samsung I've owned. i love the pen, i can write notes without looking for a real pen and paper, its so helpful! the speed of the internet is great as well! wish it waant so expensive!

My galaxys9 was better mostly in regards to wifi but in bloatware and user experiences with new phone activation as well.

Horrible Experience.
Product was in great condition when arrived. The description reads “Straight talk locked to straight talk” and when a straight talk sim is put in, it says it locked to att. after fighting with att i have to wait up to 72 hours to receive an unlock code IF the can even do it. i'm extremely disappointed

Not whats advertised
Was not sent a straight talk phone, no sim card, phone was already started and set up. I sent an email and still have not heard a thing back from them.

waist of money
you have to restart the phone two to three times a week because it stops receiving calls and texts the main fuctiins of a phone im switching back to apple at least they are reliable
