The phone is in perfect condition. The shipping was fast, the phone arrived the next day. No hassle required to switch over if you still have your sim card. I popped my sim card out my malfunctioning phone and into the iPhone 11, worked instantly. The sim card changing paperclip is in the pocket with the apple sticker, not in with the sim card. I didn't find it until after having to get creative and using a button pin. Photo may look a little weird cause I'm leaving the plastic on the screen till my phone case arrives.

Very easy to set up and arrived in a perfect condition (New). I was very skeptical due to the reviews, but I decided to give it a try anyway and I'm glad I did. I love my new iPhone and it works just perfect so far, setting it up was very easy, it was done in just few minutes.

Bought this phone for my mom. First off, it came a day early. It was easy to activate with straight talk and there was a smooth transfer from her old phone to this phone. Great price considering I paid 699 for mine and it’s only 399 now… Anywho yes she’s satisfied.

Well everything came on time and the phone is working really really good. Now about the other people reviews I was hesitant about buying it at first but it works good for me and I’m using it now. Since I had another from from straight talk my old phone it was easy to transport my number over to this phone. And everything is on my new phone.

Ordered the phone and tried activating it and it would not work. I was told by straight talk that it was because it was not properly scanned out so they could not activate it. I returned to Walmart and they said they could not process the refund and I would have to contact Walmart support. They also kept the phone and would not let me keep it. It’s been 2 months now, and still no refund and no phone. It’s pathetic. Do not buy phones from them or expect their customer service to do anything to help.

We purchased two phones for Christmas during Black Friday sale . On Christmas we were able to activate one no problem. Sent the entire day trying to get the other one activated still not completed they are saying it’s linked to someone else account. If the phone is new how could this be! One happy kid and one that got disappointed

Terrible and upsetting Although my phone came in perfect condition it was advertised as a straight talk phone and locked to straight talk which is what we needed, I was on the phone for a very long time trying to figure out why this phone wasn’t working only to find out after two hours that the Sim card was for total by Verizon which isn’t compatible with straight talk So then why was the phone advertised as straight talk if it was actually total by Verizon

The phone is nice but the service is Terribleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee i do not recommend anyone getting straight talk you won’t get any service anywhere they’ll lock your phone for 60 days then you can get a new carrier but i don’t think anyone should have straight talk as they’re service provider but the phone itself is decent you’ve been warned

I ordered online and had to take the phone back into the store to be rescanned due to the phone not being scanned properly, so I couldn’t activate the phone , I asked for a refund on the delivery due to having to pay $30 in an Uber to take the phone back to the store and was told no due to it being delivered I paid $17 for delivery to turn around and pay $30 to take it back to get rescanned I was very upset because they didn’t do their job properly and I had to pay $30 extra to go to the store to have them fix their screw up . I love my phone tho
