Strawberry Shortcake 5.5 inch Articulated Fashion Doll, Children Ages 3+

It is a last minute gift for a very special baby. My 44 year old daughter. She had Strawberry Shortcake dolls when she was a toddler. She loved them. I saw the doll and wanted to put a wonderful memory in her mind and heart and a smile on her beautiful face. I love her so much.

Whether you are a parent or a child of the early eighties, you know Strawberry Shortcake as an adorable little doll with lots of fruitful friends. Wholesome play toys bring back values and innocence and healthy friendship interactions. This Strawberry Shortcake is the closest reproduction I have seen. The clothing and workmanship are quality made so the purchase is a positive one. Just looking at her will make the receiver and the giver smile. Strawberry Shortcake is definitely as sweet as her name.

I bought this for my Mom who loves Strawberry Shortcake, and always wanted the dolls when they first came out. I think that for the price the doll is a good doll. and it does come with a great amount of accessories which is hard to find in a doll line today. My thing is the doll smells amazing, just as I remember the ones in the 80s smelling, they were very true to the original line.

I was expecting something that looked nicer and bigger for $27, luckily it was on sale however still not worth the price. I think that it's like they put the price up higher to make it look like you were getting a cheaper price but it is just a small little doll that was pretty roughed up in the package. It was a gift for my granddaughter and I was not happy with that. She was only three so she didn't seem to care but I Did.

Bummed that they expected you to pay nearly $20 more for the “Classic” Strawberry Shortcake with the non-creepy non-Zombie eyes, when it's the nearly the same doll. Im sure it does not cost any extra money or labor to make the ‘classic' eyes, and that they are just capitalizing on Gen X's nostalgia to have Strawberry the way we remember her —with the cute eyes! Oh well, the 6-year-old I bought her for had no idea of the difference. And we both liked all the cute accessories included — Custard cat, strawberry basket, lunchbox, etc.

I really wanted to love this doll. The face is adorable, the outfit is charming, and the body is fully poseable — arms and legs move easily, which is great for play and display. On paper, this should have been a home run. Unfortunately, the haircut completely ruins it. Straight out of the box (no scissors, no trimming, no “kid damage”), the hair is visibly uneven, choppy, and poorly finished. The bangs are jagged, the sides are uneven, and it honestly looks like quality control didn't exist at the factory. This isn't a minor styling issue — it's obvious and distracting, especially for a doll that many people are buying for nostalgia, display, or as a gift. I would never feel comfortable giving this as a present in this condition, and I definitely wouldn't consider it an “heirloom” or keepsake item as marketed. For a $13 doll tied to such a beloved character, basic hair finishing should be a given. If you're buying this for rough play and don't care how it looks, it might be fine. But if you're buying it for nostalgia, display, or gifting — be warned. Check the hair very carefully before purchasing, because what I received was unacceptable.

This little doll is so cute along with her accessories but her leg broke off immediately when taken out of the box and would NOT snap back on and stay. she's just cheap and poorly made. I gave this as a gift and immediately found another doll for this child. I was disappointed.

The toy was delivered damaged smh how can this be given as a gift I need a refund asap so I can go purchase a toy that's not damaged and rotten fruit really this is exactly why we stopped using Walmart delivery and here I go assuming you guys are as doing better I need to speak to someone asap

I purchased this item for my granddaughter in hopes of sharing an amazing toy that I had as a little girl. I was truly disappointed with the size of the doll, the poor quality of the doll and the items it came with, and what really got to me was there was no strawberry shortcake smell with her. That was the biggest disappointment.

This is nothing like the original at all. Doesn't even have a hint of strawberry scent to it either . Her little legs keep popping off as well. Don't waste your money on this.
