STRENGTHTAPE Knee Athletic Tape Kit

Is alright. Is my first using this but I think I need extra support because my knee feels like it will buckle. This is good to keep in gym bag though because I sure forget all my stuff that helps me make it through the workout a lot. Apply it correctly the first time!! Nex time I will try them with a light knee support over it and see if that is does better for me. I think the support depends on the individual user's need. Right size to fit any knee too.

These pre cut strips were the perfect size to carry around and try out. It's a small package and just enough strips to use 6 times. I cut each strip in half for what I needed. It was a good way to try the quality and efficacy without buying the full size roll.

Great support for my knees during sports. I can move freely and didn't feel my knees getting loose after putting them on. They say the tapes can be used for 5-7 days but my skin got allergy after the 3rd day. Now I can only get them changed every day.

I have these because I deal with patellar subluxations and it's nice to pack this slim package for trips to be safe. They're easy to use to provide my ligaments some extra support. And the price was good, I think there's 6 in a package so it will last a while if you have it as a backup item for when you're feeling weak or at risk. I'd think it's good for any age, I'm 30 and have had a few subluxations so it's a nice safety net to have with me.

It had no scent which is really great for people with sensitive noses. Easy to use, great quality and size came in a great package.. all age can use it, I'm sure.. comfortable feel and really effective.. gives value for money. Great benefit too, I don't know its composition too

This product is a set of knee support tapes that I use before playing volleyball. It's excellent for stabilizing and supporting the knees. I started using it after my physiotherapist recommended it to me. The size is relatively large, so as a girl, I need to cut it to fit better, but that doesn't affect its quality. The number of tapes in the pack is a bit limited, but each one can stay in place for more than a day if you're dealing with pain. The quality is truly excellent!

I ordered these tapes, there are a good size to support my knees during walking,i use not for first time tapes. but unfortunately yhe are not so good quality.they started peeling off just 30 minutes after applying them. I followed all instructions and applied them to clean, dry skin, but the adhesive is extremely weak. They don't hold even with light activity. Very disappointing. Would not recommend for joint support or any type of exercise.
