We bought this originally for our 18 month old awhile back. After he perfected it he was on to a pedal bike at 4 years old (with no training wheels)! And good thing he was, because his little brother kept taking the bike to ride himself. Now I have my 2 year old on it and our 4 year old on a pedal bike. We are firm believes in what STRIDER is doing and highly recommend it to every parent/toddler.

We got this bike when my grandson was 1 1/2. He is now 3 1/2 and prefers this bike over his pedal bike. He has better coordination and balance than any 3 year old. He now races on a bmx track and does outstanding! He also rides a PW 50 and a TTR 50. His Dad rides on the back, but he does all the steering and gas. This bike has taught him to balance and love to ride. He absolutely loves this bike and takes it every where with him! In this picture he has on his Strider jeans. The pads in them are a bonus that make him feel like he is in riding gear like his Dad.

My son never wants to stop striding! He picked this up so fast! And my 5 yr old was riding a pedal bike at 4 without training wheels! Although she missed her strider so much we bought her another just for playing around. Both participated in the Strider World Cup, it was adorable and all my son has talked about weeks before and now he wants to practice every day to do it again (he just turned 3). We love Striders!!! My little guy goes down hills and just sails, his balance is amazing bc of this little bike, so I'm happy we'll be able to skip training wheels again:) my son wants to ride this from sun up til sundown, definitely worth it!!

As a rider myself I understand the concept of forward progression and balance. We started our 18 month old boy on a Strider and within a few tries he grasped the idea. Now on our 2nd child she has reached the same age this time for our little girl we again chose the Strider with its low stand over height, easy adjustments and of course it's pink color we are excited to watch Team Walter stride together!

My 21 month old son received this bike two days ago for Christmas and has only put it down to eat and sleep. He got on it and was off riding with his first encounter. I was skeptical to purchase because of naysayers saying it would be a waste of time and money. They couldn't have been more wrong it was money well spent. Tre loves it and rides indoors and outdoors and that makes this mom very happy

My daughter is 4 and she got her strider at 18 months, my son is 2 and he got his strider for Christmas. Both of our kids have learned incredible balance and maneuvering skills from their Strider. We have to run to keep up with them. The bikes are very well made and ergonomically comfortable for my kids little bodies. We are so happy with our decision to go with Strider and our little ones have benefitted greatly. Thank you for making such an incredible product.

My 2 yr old granddaughter loves her pink bike. I do wish you had a basket in the accessories because she loves to bring her stuffed dog for a ride. Called and your representative said to buy one at a store but it was tough to make it fit. Would have been easier if you had one available.

We bought the strider sport balance bike for our 2 year old (25 months) son for Christmas. I was worried he might be too young to understand what to do with it. I was SO wrong. Within 10-15 mins he was walking while seated. After about 30 mins he was practicing gliding. Then after about an hour, he was gliding down driveways and running/gliding on the flat pavement. We were BLOWN away! This little bike is AMAZING! He asks for his Bike from the moment he wakes up to the moment he goes to sleep! Highly highly recommend getting this bike for every toddler!

We bought this to replace a smaller bike that my son had outgrown, but he is not ready for pedals. He loves his bike and has named it Lenny. He has ridden it at home and at the park. One of it's best features is how light it is. He even got it out of the car himself. We love the fact that it has an extra long post on the seat which means he will not outgrow it any time soon.

This is my sons second balanc bike, but by far the best one! I love the fact it comes with two seats, as he is almost ready for the larger one. I love the ease of the adjustments on the seat and handle bars. Love that I can add a break! This bike with grow with him! The only down falls I've seen so far is one, the bike frame scrapes on a curb when he goes on and off the side walk so after only a couple weeks it has scraped off the paint. And the other thing are the blots that hold the back wheel on hit my sons legs or feet when he's moving along. At first it bothered him but he quickly learned to not hit it and now it's not an issue, I wouldn't let this part of my review deter you from getting a strider bike! Overall my son and I both LOVE this bike!! he rides it every single day, either in the house or outside!
