Stridex Medicated Acne Pads, Maximum Treatment, Moderate Acne, Salicylic and Alcohol Free, 90 Count

I've tried multiple BHAs and other treatments over the years for my severe acne, hyperpigmentation, and bumpy skin. This actually works! After about a month of usage, the uneveness is smoothing out, and there are very few keratin plugs. You only need 1 pad as this is pretty strong. For reference, my skin is very oily.

These are always my go to for acne! Even after I scrub my face with soap and water they still find dirt and remove it into the pad keeping me almost acne free! If I do get a spot of acne it usually removes it in a day or two! I highly recommend this product!

The appeal to purchase this has always been the price point for a large tub w/ 90 count pads…..and the bonus, the big bonus, is that it works remarkably! I use this to prevent zits from forming while also using it to treat acne that has formed. It is a follow up step after washing my face. The textured side is provides a gentle exfoliation and the smooth side to wipe clean. It has a clean fresh smell that isn't aggravating. It doesn't leave my skin dry or tight and for my sensitive skin it doesn't cause a rash or breakouts. They have one for sensitive skin also which I also love.

Bad news for young uns out there. I'm in my mid 70s and have fought with acne, specifically comedones and cysts, since my early teens. So you just might have a lifelong battle ahead of you. Outside of prescription retinoids, salicylic acid in one form or another has been the best help I've found for these problems over the DECADES. Stridex pads are simple to use, do a "second" clean of my whole face after it is washed, and reduce new breakouts. I also have issues with rosacea and demodex; the pads in themselves clean up debris and oil on my face so well that the rosacea nearly disappears. Stridex pads are budget-friendly and for me are indispensable in keeping my face "presentable." I simply can't be without them on a daily basis.

I use these pads around 3 nights a week. I hardly get any breakouts and if I do this is what I use to make them go away quickly, like overnight. The pads have a bumpy texture to one side but they're still gentle to the touch. They can be very drying though so I wouldn't recommend using them every day.

This product is very effective for acne or even just preventing it. It is alcohol free, does not sting or burn and non drying! It is part of my daily routine.

I use this to clean my face and minimize breakouts and it does that but the main reason it was purchased was to help underarm menopause odor not handled by deodorant. This is a game changer. I use this everyday.

these pads are effective and cooling. the menthol does not cause any allergic reactions in me. the price is good for the value. only downfall is fragrance.

This is NOT the Stridex of yester years! No alcohol, no burning, no redness, just results. Being a child of the 70s, Stridex was a "Go To" when teenagers had a breakout. As much as you trusted Stridex when you were a teenager, now you can be confident that you can trust it to keep your teen and preteen's face clear and blemish free. I keep one in our bathroom and our grandchildren are welcome to "help themselves". I prefer to have at least 3 unopened in the cabinet, so if a grandchild feels like they need it, they have it, and they take it home with them. This gives our teen and preteen grandchildren a feeling of Gramma's love. This product was wonderful when I was growing up and it's even better now!
