Delivered with plants upside down with very little dirt on the roots and totally dry soil. Not sure they will live ‘cause they look pretty bad!!
These 2” succulents came packaged perfectly and arrived quickly after ordering. They looked very good and healthy. Since receiving I've planted them and they're doing great. Will buy again, great product.
I'd received notification of delivery of this item on 07/06/2026, but the item was nowhere to be found. It wasn't in my mailbox or outside my front door, and I hadn't received any notification of it having been left in one of the package lockers at my apartment complex. There also wasn't a photo to show where it had been left. Because I'm unable to access the package lockers currently due to mobility issues, a friend of mine came over on 07/14, and while here was able to pick up a couple of other things that I knew had been delivered to the package lockers in the last few weeks. I was totally surprised, and somewhat dismayed, to find that the little, very lightweight box holding this set of two tiny live plants had been unknowingly been left there over a week before. Had I gotten notification that it had been left in a package locker, I would have asked apartment personnel to access it for me and bring it to my door, because I knew it would contain two live plants and I didn't want them to be stuck in a box in the dark any longer than it would take for them to be shipped to my home. But because I didn't know they'd been delivered to a package locker, they were stuck in a box in the locker for 8 days, plus however many days prior to that that it took for them to be packaged, shipped, and delivered to the package locker. I wasn't even sure what was in the box when I started opening it, and as I was pulling out some protective packing paper I was like oh my God, these are the succulents that I thought were lost. I was afraid they would be dead after that much time with no water, fresh air, or light. But they were still alive, or at least I thought they were, so I checked the soil of each and then watered them both and placed them in an area where they'd receive indirect moderate light for at least the first few days after being unpacked. I've checked them on a daily basis since then, and watered them a few more times, and they're looking so much better! There's some new growth evident on each of them, and I'm going to be transplanting them to new pots. So this has a happy ending, which is always appreciated, and I'm grateful for that. The delivery situation wasn't optimal, but I know I need to keep in mind that delivery people are delivering all kinds of things to all different places all day long and it's a very stressful job that requires dealing with all kinds of awful traffic and weather conditions and overloaded schedules and management and/or mismanagement issues, plus every single delivery person is also HUMAN and therefore dealing with whatever respective challenges and/or tragedies are impacting them and their personal lives at any given time. It's important that I remember that. Thank you to all the individual human beings delivering everything everywhere. Please stay safe, and take good care.
Delivered plant does not look like pictures showing the delivered product was the sieges in the top of the small pot was not growing over the sides like shown in the picture however, they are sprouting and growing would not have bought them if they had shown a picture that I of the product that I got
Just very much smaller than picture portrays. I still planted. Pray for them to grow.
Very Disappointed! Delivery was delayed and the plants arrived dried out, losing pearls and nearly dead. Plants were wrapped only in a piece of dried up toilet paper - no plastic bag to keep plant moist.
ok this was so deceiving, nothing like getting a minute size, last time I ever order from this company
Did not get delivered
