This product can be used hot and cold to relax your muscles and help ease the tensions. This sleeve is more convenient than the traditional ice pack, plus it can stay hot or cold for a long time. The material is stretchy and feels nice on the skin. It is lightweight and travel friendly so you can take it anywhere without it taking it up space. I would highly recommend this product.

This product is great. I have a shoulder that likes to act up sometimes and this product helps alleviate the pain and swelling. The velcro strap that comes with it keeps the sleeve in place without moving much. It has a little weight to it to give compression. The sleeve can be used hot or cold but I prefer to use it cold. It stays cold for hours. My husband uses it heated for his back and he loves it. It stays in place so he can target specific areas. The strap is stretchy enough to fit around me and my husband who is much smaller than I am. Overall, this is a wonderful compression sleeve for any of life's aches and pains. Highly recommend.

I had to wait for the right moment to really use it—when someone was actually in pain. My husband woke up with knee pain, so we gave it a try. One thing I really love about this product is that you can use it either cold or warm. My husband chose to heat it up, and he said it stayed warm for quite a while. It isn’t bulky at all. It is a little heavy, but it didn’t slide down. You can easily adjust how tight you want it, which is a big plus. It’s also easy to clean and comes with simple instructions. The material is soft and comfortable, and it’s definitely something we’ll be using often. I don’t see why anyone would be allergic to it—unless they happen to be sensitive to the material itself.

This strive large hot/cold sleeve is so amazing on all my aches. It’s soo cooling but can be so warm also. It’s also has a nice weight to it, feeling like warm hug around you

Having used other hot/cold sleeves, I’m very pleased with this one. The material is soft and great quality. The detached velcro strap allows for flexible use and adjustments.

Easy instructions for cold and hot use! Great support the flexibility is great for making your neck or shoulder feel better. Easy to clean. The weight is just right for that aching part of your body.

I love that I can position it in different spots on my body and can make it stay out with the adjustable strap. The only down side is that I found that it didn't hold the cold for very long, just about 10 minutes. I have not tried this warm yet as I have had knee surgery and am highly enjoying using it cold. While the cold is short, it is nice to be able to keep the cold on my knee as I go about my day.
