These are the most effective tool if you're like me and have arthritis in your hands. I work in construction and at a desk both and hands take a beating. I did something to my knuckle or tendon between my pointer n middle fingers and these legit took the swelling down and pain went away for a few hours. Had to repeat 4x but it worked. These did not fit my fingers very well but they supported them and kept them cool. They felt nice and comfortable when I put them on and they definitely worked.

These are really weird. I don't really know what they are supposed to help. Maybe arthritis? They are comfortable and durable. They remind me of the headache thing I have but for fingers.
