The idea of this product is great. A combination walker/wheelchair. However, the one we got for my mother had a faulty wheel. I wanted to return it. Walmart referred me to StrollAid.They have a no return policy. I wanted to exchange it. They wanted to know what happened to the wheel. Nothing happened to the wheel. It came that way. They wanted pictures and videos. I took videos, but also told them nothing is going to show in the video because it's like a bad wheel on a grocery cart. You can't see it. One of the wheels sticks and makes the cart pull to the left. My mother is 92 years old with a little strength. She cannot fight this walker. I asked for a new wheel assembly. Again they wanted videos. I took videos and sent them three. They're telling me they can't open the videos and want me to send it to a email address and send me a link to click on. I'm not going to click on a link when I don't know what it is and I do not trust this company at all. They will not stand behind their product. We are stuck with a product that we paid $210 for plus tax And thought because we were getting it through Walmart if there was a problem or if Mom didn't like it, we could return it. Were we ever fooled! It's a third party purchase using Walmart website so Walmart will not do anything for us and the company will not. After about 12 to 15 emails back-and-forth, 5 from them just this morning, I have thrown my hands up. I'm done fighting with them, the hassle and the run around. This is the worst I've ever been treated by any company for any product. Do not buy anything from this company because if you have an issue, you're stuck with it.
There are other companies out there that sell this same product. Try one of them if you need one of these. Stay as far away from Roll Aid as you can possibly get.!!
If I could give them less than one star I would!
