these are absolutely delicious. they are great cooked on the BBQ with cheese melted on top. I had these while my husband and boys had regular bbqed burgers. I put these on a toasted bun with avocado tomatoes onion lettuce salt pepper ,mayo and chick filet sauce. it was delicious. just wish there was more in a pack.

Strong Roots Cauliflower Hash Brown have been a complete game changer to breakfast and lunch! We love using them as a base for our fried eggs. They taste so yummy which surprised us especially given the cauliflower base. Highly recommend for anyone trying to find something healthy but also wanting to keep your traditional routine hash browns!

I like these. I've cooked them in the air fryer as well as in a pan. They turned out fine both ways, but I prefer them cooked in my cast iron skillet for a crispier exterior. These are a soft hashbrown meaning they have the texture of a mashed potato/mashed cauliflower on the inside so getting the outside crispy helps them hold together better and helps give a textural contrast. I want healthier versions of convenience foods for when I'm in need of a fast meal without having to eat fast food. All the ingredients listed on the package are normal ingredients. I appreciate the clean ingredients, so even though these don't taste like a conventional hashbrown patty, I'm switching to these for my fast meal prep needs and will make hashbrowns from fresh potatoes when I'm in the mood for something more traditional.

Love the taste and texture of these. Much healthier than french fries, less carbs, sodium and much more fiber. I also love the bit of onion flavor. The cook time for an air fryer does need to be adjusted, I would recommend 425 for at least 15 minutes to get them nice and crispy brown.

These are amazing if you're looking for a healthy alternative to hash browns, then look no further. They taste better then potato hash browns, and when I started dieting this is exactly what I needed I am 35 lbs down, and I did not have to give up hash browns in the morning, with my eggs

We love the fact that our grandson opts for these over French fries ! They taste yummy and a slightly different texture than a regular hash brown patty ! But actually I love the limited ingredient and it's a great way to sneak in a fiber and veggie ! The only con is that they are on the expensive side for a limited quantity . We will still buy them though !

The taste is honestly significantly better than what I thought it was going to be. I think the main issue that I have with this product is that the instructions are just pictures, and so vague. it clearly states the time and temperature an air fryer, but then it shows two tiny photos, one at 350° in another at 400°. I have absolutely no idea what those two small photos stand for so I just did oven at 400° and hopedfor the best

We're all right, not great. We didn't love them so we won't be wearing them again. The texture was fine but they just didn't even taste like cauliflower like they needed something but we bought the zucchini ones and they're called zucchini fries delicious

I usually love cauliflower, but I hated these so much I dug through my purchases JUST to leave this review. The smell? Awful. The texture? Awful. The TASTE? DISGUSTING!! I'd rather waste a few extra calories and eat a real hashbrown. I used this in a breakfast meal prep, so there were eggs, cheese, and bacon with this, and the taste and smell were still so bad I had to choke it down. What a waste of money!

I bought these thinking there was no potato in them whatsoever. Well that's wrong. Potatoes and potato flakes are the second and third item on the label. Didn't see label until after I purchased them. I can't have potatoes and unfortunately I ate them. The item needs to be more clear instead of saying cauliflower hash browns. That's very misleading
