This little powerhouse can help you change your life in many ways!! My need for this started in PT for balance. Yowzer, you start standing on here with two legs for 30 seconds, arms at side %26 NO wobbleling. Progress to one leg at a time, 30 seconds each leg twice. And continue building your balance strength. And work your CORE! So much you can do for your core on this little foam square. It comes with some exercises, and you can Google more. I can't do sit-up type exercises due to my back, but this lil guy sure works my core! You will love it!!

Better ‘N Soda
If you're having a craving for something sweet to drink, this fits the bill I do have Cran grape and then the other half I do sugar-free Sprite or something similar to Sprite. It's delicious.
