Follow the directions and you will be happy. I bought the sprayer (sold separately) and refilled with this gallon concentrate. Be sure to completely wet down area. It's amazing how nice the fragrance is and how it breaks down the pee smell. I treat area every week with this stuff. Love it.

Shipped fast, product was odorless to me. I even got a garden hose container to use with it. Sprayed it on the grass at night and didn't let pets out till later in the next day, just to make sure i gave it enough time to settle and i dint smell a change. I will retry again and finish the bottle and see.
