Stubb's Gluten Free Dr Pepper Barbecue Sauce, 18 oz Bottle

My family and I BBQ every weekend in the summer, and I was looking for new recipes to try. I marinated chicken in Stubb's Dr Pepper Barbecue Sauce and was pleasantly surprised! The taste was sweet and tangy but not overpowering. As a barbecue sauce fan, I was hesitant to try this, but it has a great taste. My entire family is a fan. We'll definitely be purchasing this again!

I tried Stubb's Dr Pepper BBQ Sauce, and it definitely exceeded my expectations! It has a great tangy flavor with just the right amount of sweetness—not overly sweet like a lot of BBQ sauces. I used it on chicken, and it was delicious, but I think it would really shine on pulled pork or ribs too. We truly enjoyed this sauce! It has a sweet and spicy tang to it that levels out any heat. It's Smoky enough for barbecue and sweet enough for chicken or pork. It is thick and flavorful. I highly recommend!

I tried this on ribs in the smoker it has the typically thickness and spreadability of all Stubbs products. I tasted it prior to putting it on and it almost tasted like the carbonation of dr.pepper along with the flavor profile, hard to explain that. Its sweet but mellows out when you cook with it. Everyone enjoyed it!

Stubb's Dr.Pepper Barbecue Sauce is a delicious, mouth watering sauce. I purchased my favorite pulled pork especially for this review. The Sauce has a delicious, smokey, sweet scent and a tastes marvelous. The first thing I taste is sweetness, a little too sweet to take the place as my favorite. I think it tends to happen when soda flavors are mixed into things. I do think that plenty of people are going to love this Dr.Pepper sauce and I hope my mention of flavors urges you to try it.

Stubbs Dr Pepper barbecue sauce has a pretty Smokey flavor. I think this sauce would be amazing on ribs! Such a great flavor! Could be easily used in many ways and make some amazing meals. I tried mine on pork chops and it was so good!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I love trying new sauces, love all the fun new product collaborations. This one failed miserably. My husband is a huge Dr. Pepper fan--like he drinks multiple a day & he was completely repulsed by this sauce. It doesnt taste like Dr. Pepper at all. I actually didnt think it tasted like BBQ sauce either. All I could taste was a disgustingly sweet mess. Eww. Just thinking about it makes me quiver. Eww.
