Stubbs Liquid Smoke, Mesquite, 5 Oz

I love BBQ but can't always get to an actual charcoal grill to get the perfect flavor, this Stubb's hickory liquid smoke is perfect to give the right flavor. It was great being added to my chicken and ribs marinade so I can bake or airfry to get the right cook and caramelization. This was such a great item to try for free for my honest opinion because I never would've considered it for myself otherwise! I am such a fan and am excited to try it in other recipes too.

I haven't used liquid smoke in over a decade after purchasing a smoker. However, awe recently relocated to the south and it's difficult managing a smoker for 8+ hrs in hot humid conditions. While nothing will truly compare to true smoke, this has made delicious BBQ sauce and helped give our chicken a bold flavor.

Stubb's Hickory liquid smoke adds a great smoke flavor to your meats. We tried it on grilled pork chops and steak. Using a propane grill, you don't get the same smokey flavor as you would with a charcoal grill. But it comes close using the liquid smoke. Definitely recommend!

I love this brand and once again this liquid smoke exceeds my expectations. Easy to use, takes just a little bit. I used it on prime rib in my crockpot. Then I used it on my chicken while grilling. Both had added flavor, without taking away from the meat..

From the minute, I opened the bottle I could smell the rich smoky scent, it was the perfect consistency and it made my chicken. Absolutely delicious as if it just came off the grill.. super perfect for a person like me that lives in an apartment

In the past, I've been weary of liquid smoke because of the artifical flavor, so I was pretty surprised by this. It's very strong and I only used a few drops to marinate 2 lbs of chicken breast. The flavor is pretty good and I liked the hickory, but it could be better and less artifical tasting. It's definitely worth a shot to try!

I received this bottle of Stubbs Hickory Liquid Smoke to try and review at no charge. As a fan of smoke flavors and just being able to easily add flavors to the meat and poultry that I'm grilling, I was anxious to try this. And it does not disappoint. It gives a genuine smoky flavor with just a few drops. You have to be careful because it is pretty powerful. In fact it recommends to mix with water depending on how you're using it so be aware with that. It's not overly loaded with sodium so it really just is the true smoke flavor that you're adding to your meat. I would even try it on produce though I choose chicken and used my stove top grill. It has a nice flavor a nice scent and I would highly recommend giving it a try, as an update to update your flavor profiles! You don't need a huge outdoor barbecue to have a big flavor!

Stubb's kindly gave me this product for free so that I could review it! I haven't tried any products like this before, but it was great! It's very versatile. I added it to some burgers and it added a nice smokiness and depth to the flavor. I would buy this and recommend it to others, especially anyone who wants an easy way to add smoky flavor to their food. My only criticism is that it's a little hard to gauge how much to use, but the bottle is a good size so I have plenty more to do some trial and error with. The bottle says only a couple drops are needed when adding it directly to meat but you might want a little more than that.
