Forced Into Electric Cooking
Because we live in a condo the only outdoor cooking allowed is an electric grill on the balcony. Don't let anyone tell you that and electric grill can taste like charcoal or even gas. It just ain't so. But you can get a little flavor into meat and chicken with some initial searing, a good marinade, and Stubbs Liquid Smoke. We use it directly on some meats like strip steak and in marinades for chicken, flank steak, and ribs. You have to be careful not to use too much, but practice makes perfect. A few drops in a hamburger makes a world of difference when cooking on an electric grill. Don't bother trying other brands, Stubbs is the best. We sometimes get to to use a gas grill at relatives and we still bring the Stubbs.

You have to use this. It is BBQ in a bottle! It smells like the inside of a great smoker!! and add that wonderful taste

Shipping was slow and careless! How can u be both?
not happy! waited a week to get a bottle of liquid smoke to flavor beef jerky and use my new dehydrator. What i got was a bottle broke in two and every drop off liquid smoke dropped off of the bag! i received a white package with bubble wrapped broken glad and white plastic envelope spotted with brown liquid, everywhere!
