This sleek black frame was exactly what we were looking for in that it is lightweight but professional enough for what we were framing. The price was also appealing as we didn't want to spend too much but still end up with something that looked nice. We are very pleased with our purchase!

Thank's Michael's for providing an affordable, good quality frame that is worth buying. I have had three 12x18 photographs for 30 years and never thought I could get them displayed unless I spent a lot of money! Some thought was put in to making these economical yet stylish frames. Thank you!

Needed small 5x5” frames for special project, though wasn't looking for anything fancy. These fit the bill: right size, fair pricr & worked perfectly!

It was the right frame at the right price, and the in-store art framer was very knowledgeable about the products and current promotions.

The frame is nice and as expected. With additional Michaels coupon it was a good value; however, Michaels online orders at Rancho SD are less than great. You never get an email that your order is ready and they charge a bag fee even when they didn't put the item in a bag.

i had a bunch of photographs i wanted to frame but being on a budget i didn't want to spend a lot of money so i found these frames on sale at michaels. after getting them shipped in a timely manner i have to say they are working well for what i wanted and needed. i would recommend them they are not the best i ever had but for the price i am happy with them.

On a couple of frames two of the clips came out and picture was not able to be heal securely in the framel

I ordered these frames over the internet for delivery to my home. All six of the frames came with the glass faces completely smashed. No wonder - whoever packed it used absolutely no packaging material whatsoever. No styrofoam peanuts, no bubble wrap, no wadded paper. All six frames with their glass faces just placed in box and sent on their way. Rather than send them back with the attached return paperwork, I took it to the local Michael's store where they refunded my money. They did, however, state that my delivery fee was non-refundable. I strongly objected to that policy and they acquiesced. I then went to the frame department and bought the same frames right off the shelf - unbroken. After all was said and done, I came out of it satisfied, so I gave it 2 stars instead of one. But, it was a bit of a hassle, and a lot of wasted time.

It was the perfect size for some custom art I received as a gift; however, the frame arrived so damaged that I couldn't fit the art inside or have it hang flat on my wall. I often receive boxes from Michael's and the shipping box is falling apart as I try to open it but usually my purchases are unharmed. This was not the case for this frame. It was so dented on the side that it was unusable.

This rating has nothing to do with this item, it`s for my last experience with the framing department. It was a total fiasco to say the least! First I was told 2-3 days to do the framing and it was about 2 months. I was lied to, disrespected, and shown that my memories held in the items that I brought in to be framed were discarded in a pile thrown to gather like so much trash on the edge of a big work table. Including two jerseys from youth teams, which I sponsored, 35+ years ago, two game programs and tickets from a World Series game and a World Cup soccer game (these programs are irreplaceable), in which both were destroyed by taping pages together! I was told that some of my request were impossible to complete. However, when I got home it took me about 20 minutes to figure out how it could be done. All I have now are memories and to see them piled up, thrown together on a work table like garbage was beyond comprehension. And all the manager could say was I am sorry this all happen to you. There is so much more, but I will leave at that.
