The frames were a very good quality. Unfortunately they were too large for my space. When I returned them to the store the employee had a very difficult time processing the return. This is the the second time this happened with a product purchased online. Because of the confusion and difficulty with these returns I will no longer be a customer. The management has work to do to help the employees do their job.

Nice frame great price

I wanted a frame more or less in this style that I knew would be of decent quality. Of the places I checked, Michael's was the only one that had anything like it. It's a decent size and seems good quality, though full disclosure that I rarely hang pictures and so I don't have much to compare it to. I did need to look up an article online for how to get the photos to stay in right, because as mentioned, I don't do this much. We needed to secure the photos with some tape, and centering them properly was a little tricky, but the whole thing came out looking pretty good.

Absolutely beautiful frame. I was looking for the perfect frame for my late dad's military certificate and pictures. The one I found at Michaels was PERFECT.

Perfect sizing for what I wanted to do. Needed to mat 4x6 photos into 5x7 spaces, but gives nice contrast.

We needed a frame for my in-laws to put pictures of their four grandkids up in the wall. We chose this frame because it could be hung horizontally or vertically. When we bought the frame, we hadn't taken the pictures yet, so we didn't know how they'd be laid out. We ended up with the frame horizontal using portrait style photos. It turned out well and they got the frame hung up where they wanted it. The frame uses two hooks on each side of the frame rather than one in the middle. So, if you want to hang it using just one nail, you'll have to use wire. The frame seems pretty sturdy and it was easy to use.

The hanging hooks are not centered. And if just one is used in the center, it creates a space between the frame and glass. I had to remove and screw in two of the hooks for proper placement. Also came with multiple strong staples attaching the cardboard to the frame which were difficult to get out.

This frame has a great variety in size but as far as securing the three pictures to frame is total pain. The frame uses this fold up fold down aluminum metal flaps to open to close it and it doesn't fit easily in and out. Was a pain to finally get positioned. Plus the metal flaps hurt sliding under finger nails and fingers

Glass broke 1st time I tried to put photos in it, then the frame cracked. Very fragile and Not well made.
