i have purchased this item in the past. i will continue to use them.

This sleek black frame was exactly what we were looking for in that it is lightweight but professional enough for what we were framing. The price was also appealing as we didn't want to spend too much but still end up with something that looked nice. We are very pleased with our purchase!

well worth the price. the frame took a inexpensive print and makes it look like a expensive piece of art from a high end gallery. i will be ordering another frame but larger when that print arrives in the mail

It's just a plain frame to hold my oversize diploma and I'm happy that it was the correct size for an 11x14 document. It comes with the hardware to attach to the frame so you can hang it on the wall and it should have noted that on the packaging.

Thank's Michael's for providing an affordable, good quality frame that is worth buying. I have had three 12x18 photographs for 30 years and never thought I could get them displayed unless I spent a lot of money! Some thought was put in to making these economical yet stylish frames. Thank you!

This very basic frame does just what it was designed to do: Put a photograph or unframed canvas into a setting that looks good and lets you mount it on the wall. It comes with frame, glass cover and backing, so you don't need anything else. The only drawback is that it is pretty fragile. If you drop it -- or it falls off the wall, which happened to me -- the frame will likely break.

The frame is nice and as expected. With additional Michaels coupon it was a good value; however, Michaels online orders at Rancho SD are less than great. You never get an email that your order is ready and they charge a bag fee even when they didn't put the item in a bag.

The frame never showed up. I kept getting notifications for weeks that it was delayed. It would be in a few days and then finally I found one in a local store here and I ordered it and canceled this one. I don't know where it was Timbuktoo or where. but didn't need the hassle.

This rating has nothing to do with this item, it`s for my last experience with the framing department. It was a total fiasco to say the least! First I was told 2-3 days to do the framing and it was about 2 months. I was lied to, disrespected, and shown that my memories held in the items that I brought in to be framed were discarded in a pile thrown to gather like so much trash on the edge of a big work table. Including two jerseys from youth teams, which I sponsored, 35+ years ago, two game programs and tickets from a World Series game and a World Cup soccer game (these programs are irreplaceable), in which both were destroyed by taping pages together! I was told that some of my request were impossible to complete. However, when I got home it took me about 20 minutes to figure out how it could be done. All I have now are memories and to see them piled up, thrown together on a work table like garbage was beyond comprehension. And all the manager could say was I am sorry this all happen to you. There is so much more, but I will leave at that.

This frame broke and fell off the wall about 5 minutes after we hung it. We had more than enough command strips for its weight. It was just so flimsy it fell apart and fell to pieces.
