Love everything about this frame. It was not included in the box when my order arrived, although the packing list said it was. After a call to 800 number - with over an hour wait - the CS rep was great and I had my frame a week later and it was worth the wait!
Using for an art piece in an art show.
Great quality and a great price. It was exactly what I was looking for.
Loved these frames so much bought 2 more when they were on sale.
Excellent job, brought 3 items to mate and frame. Very professional and quick service. Will use them again!
This frame is very high quality and well worth the price. Would recommend.
Nice frame; like the gold inside of the black frame
When I got home I discovered the frame was broken. I returned it to the store to exchange for the same thing. Out of stock. Two trips back and forth. Still no frame.
Michael's shipped me a frame that was broken in two corners. When I went to return it, the glass slipped out and smashed in my driveway. This experience has completely eroded my trust in Michael's. Cheap plasticy feel to the frame but nice heavy glass. Seemed to be a mismatch, but I did love the look of the photo on the website.
The frame is nice. Your curbside pickup is a joke.
