beautiful frame! very impressed with the quality for such a low cost-easy to mount poster. This was for a vintage bicentennial poster that was 50 years old. It looked period correct. I also want to say that Michaels goes above and beyond when packaging for shipping! Super wrapped, oversized box- there is no way of getting damaged.

Great value-priced frame. The rustic finish is just what I was looking for. There is plastic instead of glass, but I'm okay with that given the price.

The order was placed, and the delivery successful as it arrived on time, and in good condition. We ordered two sets plus an extra two frames and all were received well-packaged and in good shape. The extra two frames were received later than the 4 packs, but within a reasonable time frame. I have ordered items before and have always been satisfied with both the goods and the delivery.

Frames were packaged well, and came in good condition. I wish there was more variety in the multipacks in this size, as I needed 8 frames and had to settle for 6 and purchase a second set in a different size. It would be nice to have the hangers on all sides of the backing, but on two sides should work. I just had to redo a few that I had accidently put together upside down.

The frame itself is lovely, and is aesthetically pleasing. The finish truly pops, and the picture online does not do it justice. What is unjust is the price. Currently $34.99, or 50% off ($17.49) when you mix and match in store, for a frame with a 0.3mm styrene cover. I simply cannot justify the price point. While I agree there are times and locations where you would not want a gloss cover for the frame, this was not one of those times.

Ordered item online for pickup, prior to pickup the order was mid-scanned and showed ‘picked up' the store called me and said I have to physically go to store if I want not money back after I received texts that it was picked up so, ended up buying elsewhere hoping they'd do right by me and issue refund. No such luck - bad policy it service, not sure which is true or both!
