I was upset that the frame was $28.00 and it was plastic with plexiglass in it. It did come in a timely fashion and looks really good with my $3. 00 print in it. I had to take it back and return it to Michael's to then re buy it with my coupon to save 40%.

Walmart SUCKS!
I ordered a 14x30 frame and you sent a 16x24. The quality is a piece of junk! On top of all the aggrivation walmart is saying this is a non refundable item.
