Great purchase. Excellent table without the chair. I really don't know why they display the chair. It didn't come with a chair. I love the table. Easy instructions.

I've been using this table regularly for the past 4 years and it has served far above expectations. Sturdy, quality, and well-crafted all in one. I recently misplaced two of the crucial screws during a move, and customer service has sent replacement parts asap. Definitely a good investment.

I would buy a million more of these tables. I've always been drawn (no pun intended) to classic and rustic aesthetics when it comes to my art environment. This lovely table fits that bill to a tea. From the metal fittings to the ease of actually putting it together, I've enjoyed this table to the fullest. I work full time as an artist, bouncing back and forth from the traditional to the digital world, so being able to take a break from the computers and settle in front of my art table is a blessing. If your sick of the Ikea-esque furniture on which to do your artwork, you should check this amazing piece out! I can't wait to purchase more Studio Designs furniture to fill out my studio!

My husband is an artist who works on whatever surface he finds. This drafting table is affordable. suitable in its height, given that he is 6'4", and looks good enough to remain in our living room. He likes it and that's good enough for me.

Chair does not come with it. Very disappointing about that fact, did not see where it said that. Otherwise the table is nice.

Bottom Line: not appropriate for professionals. They are careful to call it a "hobby" desk. Im a professional artist and bought this to replace my drawing table that burned in a house fire. Its value is only skin deep. Its pretty but thats pretty much it. the horseshoe brackets are very thin and flimsy. The whole table is very wobbly and not at all suitable for the drawing I had in mind. Despite appearances, it has a fixed height. you can NOT adjust the height of the desk. It also came with some parts missing. ill update this post after trying to get them replaced.
