Amazing --- I have lugged around a 12 foot aluminum ladder for years, it weighs a ton and almost impossible to move and adjuste. This technilogicly advanced product is simply the greatest ladder I have ever used ! Rises and lowers without very little effort ! Thanks .

Like it, constructed well, good height, steps are spaced a good distance especially the first step. You really have to extend to step up and also coming down, I'm 6'1" and it can be a reach. But for me I like the height, weight and worked well for painting and trimming my tree.

Hubby Loves this ladder! It's especially hard to get into the closet with an A frame ladder to reach up to the attic. This telescoping ladder does the trick- it's Sturdy , takes up very little space, is easy to take down and is the right size to add to an overly full of ladders , garage. Now to get rid of a few - as this one will allow more space ! Yay

It's easy to use. I feel the steps are to far apart and it's a little wobbly but works for what I bought it for

Buyer be warned.... I am a petite woman and did not like the fact that in order to raise or lower the ladder it took some muscle. The directions were a little misleading because they made it seem as if it was merely a push of a button. It was not. Also, my advice to everyone to be careful when trying to let the ladder down as it will jolt down and de'finger'tate you ( cut off your misplaced fingers).
