Overall...it was fun.
This was fun for my 3 yo granddaughter and we enjoyed watching her very much. It is very loud... but don't panic, the volume does turn down some. It's a good gift. The only drawback is that it is set to work with an MP2 player, but none of us have one. Overall, it was fun and it had flashy lights.

The guitar is a little small unless you are buying it for a child 5 and under but other than that, it's a great gift. It needs a lot of batteries (not included). I would recommend having those beforehand.
