I really love this coat conditioner, I started using this years ago when I was showing, but now I continue to use it just because I love the fragrance (not too strong), but mostly the shine it gives the coat and mane/tail. I have a flea bitten grey Walking horse, and his mane and tail just glisten when I use it. Makes the grooming SO much easier, too. I highly recommend this for show horses, or for the everyday trail horse, they like to look pretty, too!

Gives a gorgeous shine on the coat. Absolutely beautiful. I seriously recommend this. I use it before shows and instead of spraying directly on his coat i spray it on a brush then brush on so it does glob up or get sticky. It can feel kinda greasy and nasty if you spray it directly on. Brushing it on you can layer the sheen.

Having a Friesian means HAIR!!! Long main, long tail and lots of tangles. I've tried many different products but none measure up to Pepi. I love the way it makes her main and tail look, smell and lay. Especially for show's, you want that something extra to grab the judge's eye, this product will do the trick!

I love this stuff! It is great "finisher" after you have curried / brushed. It take off any dust and gives the horse's coat a nice sheen -- and it smells nice. Spray on a rag first then simply rub the direction of the hair. A can will last quite a long time. I find it better on the body and less so on the tail (regular Show Sheen is still my choice for the tail). You won't be disappointed in this product.

Most recently used this at a show for the halter/showmanship classes. Very impresive. The only thing I had an issue with, is since I didn't clip my horse, he was smooth where his blanket was, and his neck was furry. So where his neck was furry with a winter coat, his hair wouldn't kinda stick up strange whever he would move. I've since, invested in an additional neck cover, and no longer have problem with that as long as his coat is laying flat. Smells wonderfull, and adds a brilliant shine and it's very silky. I was most impressed on how it made his mane and tail. It was like the substance you imagine the horse's on the calandars having. Sometimes, if you spray too close it can get kinda greasy, but a soft towel rubbed over the area, and it would lose the greasy look. I made sure I curried and brushed my horse well before I put his saddle on, and I didn't have an issue with slipping. Overall, a very nice product.

I bought this in hopes of getting a good shine to my horse's coat. Not this product. It is oil based so it leaves a gummy, icky residue on the coat. On the mane and tail, its a different story. It gives a great shiny tail, and detangles fantastic. It does not leave the hair icky, in a few hours it is absorbed and conditions well. I will only be using this on the mane and tail to keep it conditioned, but I will not be using this on the body because the residue and stickiness is awful and is not soft at all. I recommend this for mane and tail care, but stick to show sheen or vetrolin shine for the body.

World Champion Pepi is great for producing a show-ring shine, but I find it impractical for use at horse shows because it attracts too much dust. If I was prepping for a halter class and wanted my horse to look great in the show ring for just a couple of classes, Pepi would be great! But I need my horses to stay shiney and CLEAN all day long, so I prefer to use Show Sheen or Vetrolin Shine as they seem to repel dust a little better.

well i like this sheen product. the only thing i didnt like was it leaves a oily finish on your horses coat and then when they roll. Their coats get 2x as much dirt caked on them becase of the oily mess. the only reason i do kinda like it is that if i groom my mare and then spray her well with this product and blanket her for the night. The next morning she sheds quicker than the rest around the barn.
