Omgoodness, where do I start! This is the best and it smells so amazing. I am a bleach blonde and normally you cannot see the blonde until it’s dried and wow does it shine while still wet. I’ve tried so many others including all the expensive big name brands and they do not compare.
This is seriously the best toning shampoo I’ve found. I love the way it makes my hair shine and takes the brassy look in just one use. I love this shampoo and it’s my go to for the foreseeable future. 10/10
Was impressed with the toning results of this Suave purple shampoo. I saw visible results after one use. The longer you leave it on, the better it works, and the more you use it, the better the results. Lathers well, and very moisturizing, doesn't dry out your hair like some purple shampoos. The price is fantastic for the size, and the quality is great compared to other brands. Fragrance is clean and subtle, reminds me of Smarties candy. Will absolutely repurchase! Thank you, Suave!
i’m actually really shocked at how well this worked considering the reviews are mixed. it helped with the brassy tones in my hair so well. i saw some reviews saying it left their hair dry, but i used a deep conditioning mask %26 had no issues. no it doesn’t lather honestly, but i feel like it works better that way in order to get all the hair. here’s a before and after !
I didn’t have much hope for this, but WOW!!, this really Works!! I use a big handful (it’s kind of runny) through Wet Hair in the shower (NOT washed!!) for 5 minutes, Rinse, then I Wash %26 Condition with Suave Bonding Shampoo and Conditioner (super cheap!!). Rinse %26 I Air Dry my long, going grey hair, spray some Shiny hair product, %26 OMG, My Hair Is Silky %26 Shiny!!! 5 Stars!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great toning shampoo for the price. It smells nice, fresh, clean, and definitely packs a punch after the very first use. It took the brassiness from my eggplant colored hair, as well as brightened up the grays that were peeking out. It's a little drying, as most toning shampoos are, so be sure to follow up with a hair mask or good conditioner to leave your hair soft. EDIT: This could just be a one off, but the pump that came with the bottle wouldn't pop open no matter how hard I tried. I had to swap it with a pump from another bottle.
I love this shampoo it lathers well it has a good smell. It makes your hair soft, that’s important , especially when you’ve got tends to be course.. my only complaint is, I cannot get the pump to open no matter which way I twist it, so in order to get the shampoo out of the bottle I have to take the whole top off.
I know purple shampoo can be hard on your hair. I can honestly say this is the worst one I've ever tried. I had low expectations but sometimes Suave surprises me. Not this time.
I bought this based on several 4-5 star reviews and I'm so disappointed. I cannot tell the difference in color between using it and not using it, and it also makes my hair a tangled, breakable mess even after conditioner. I have never had such an issue combing my hair after the shower until I used this shampoo. It advertised bond repair but it's actually caused more damage to my hair. Total waste of money.
I've been blonde for 16 years and this is the worst purple shampoo I've ever used. Made zero difference to my recently touched up blonde highlights and was incredibly drying. By the time you lather it in your hands there's no purple pigment going on your hair. Pass on this one.
