I was happy to find my favorite lotion so I ordered 4. What I didn't like was even tho they were wrapped protectively, one of the pumps was broke off. I am not going to go thru the bother of returning it so I will just reuse one of the pumps. The broken piece was not found in the package so the employee who packed it must have known.
