I couldn't really tell if it helped or not. It doesn't smell bad at all and my fur baby didn't mine it at all. It was easy with the roller on the end to put it on him. He doesn't seem to be hurting at all but with an animal you can't really tell.

The best, better than biofreeze , and half the price, comes in a handy pump bottle, not greasy or messy

I used to purchase another brand which was more costly and then found this product and read all the reviews so I bought a smaller container to have my husband try it out on his pain in his back and knees. He said it worked a lot quicker and more effective than the other brand. So I've been purchasing this brand in the gallon size to save more money and I highly recommend this product to anyone who's looking for relief from their aches and pains. This product truly works great.

Promptly shipped. I've used another supplier over the last few years and suddenly had a poor experience. I paid for the same product and patiently waited for product to arrive. Have used this product for over four years. Suggested by the massage therapist that I use twice a month. Have enjoyed very positive results, especially when adding a heating pad to the lotion for a short bit.

This is a pretty good product. I use on my arthritis on my knees and back. This is not a fix for your problem, but I think it helps.

It is similar to any menthol based pain relief.

We have tried many topical pain relievers for a broad array of aches and pains, and thought we'd try Sub Zero. The net result? Strong smell, but medium results. We've had better results in terms of reducing / eliminating joint pain with other options. SubZero was not terrible or bad - it just didn't spring to the top of the options.

BEWARE of this company "Compass Health". I placed an order for 3 boxes of (100 packets per box), they sent me 3 packets. I called Walmart support and they refunded my account. Thinking it was a fluke, I had my office manager order 1 box of 100 packets. She received 1 packet!!!

Used the pain gel on the top of my foot that was hurting and did not find any relief! Sorry but I’m just not impressed with it!
