Exactly what we wanted

Installed and tested the Sublime II. I picked it up curbside at local store. When the employee brought it out, I offered to help load because I know the weight, but he refused my help. He then dropped it really hard on to the pavement. It survived that, so I would think it should be able to survive most shipping mishaps. Everything was included with this toilet, meaning the tank was loaded with pre-installed parts and it came with a seat and all hardware to install the toilet. The shut off valve and the supply line were not included, but I did not expect they would be. The instructions were in Spanish only. I think they forgot to throw English in the box, but I watched some instruction videos and all went well. It fit precisely, with no room to spare. I did not use the wax ring that came with this toilet, opting for a better than wax type. It does not leak and in spite of the small size water tank capacity, it flushes great! The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that on the underside of the toilet in a place where it does not really matter, I found a crack that had been repaired at the factory. I dislike the fact that they let that pass QC check, but it really does not effect anything. I just expect new items to be perfect. The price was good and for less than $110, I got a toilet that is equipped with a quick release seat and a half flush feature for those times when you really do not need all that water to get a good flush. I installed this by myself and it went very smooth. I'm happy and would buy this again. It is not "tiny" as some have described it. It's total height is 29 inches. The tank is quite small compared to my old tank, however, this one flushes 100 times better than my old one.

The flush is to slow, I adjusted but it doesn't work!

I am purchasing a toilet on Walmart website and for some reason it will not adjust so that the water will not stop running. I am hoping that they can do something for me. The price has gone up another hundred dollars and I don't wanna pay any different price than I did less than 30 days, so I hope they help me.

I went to pick up and was not the same, so the curb side associate was shocked and said sometimes they switch to something else. We canceled

The parts arrived broken and could not be replaced. The parts do not line up properly in order to prevent any leakage. We returned both toilets

Seals wouldn't seal completely and unless you are in a wide open space, don't waste your money..the spaces on the side to get the screws in are so small it is hard to get hands or anything else in there to line up the screws and the holes..

Arrived completely shattered and still have not received my money back from the return.

Its tiny and bad quality, dont buy

Never buying Swiss Madison again. This toilet doesn't flush. Doesn't matter what's in it (or not in it), we have to plunge every single time or hit the flush button 2-3 times when there's very little in there. Terrible product.
