While a wrap around skirt is never going to be a regular skirt, this one is a vast improvement on the ones I used to buy. Instead of one strand of elastic on the head-end, there are two, and so far, it fits very well and is tight. Well worth the price.
I was looking for more the straight type, but it doesn't look too fluffy or girly. I was also surprised that it is just tucks in. I was expecting the older type that is like a flat sheet with the skirt attached to the end. It is easy to just tuck this in, but it does move around when making the bed. It is easy to wash and dry on delicates.
It fits perfectly to my king size bed and additional decor..The color is what it appears to be as advertised which is what I wanted. Also surprised that the material made better than I expected.
Amazing bed skirt, So easy to install don't even have to lift the mattress really, So much better then the old school 1 piece that you had to remove the whole mattress
At the age where lifting a heavy mattress is a big no. So seeing a bed skirt, or dust ruffle, as we used to call it, is a boon. The color complements my beige and brown color scheme. Best of all? It fits.
I don't know what I was expecting for the price but this is just a trim you must fit around the box springs - most dust ruffles I've had are connected to a center sheet that you put under the mattress - this just ties around the bed in a way I suspect will slip and slide around all the time unless secured with tin some wai I haven't figured out yet. Otherwise fabric and color and look are fine.
I bought khaki for two twin beds. At the price point of %2612 they ate a great value. I gabe 4 stats becaose i can understand how a twon can be so cheap bit the queen and lind size were $100 . The pricing makes no sense. I plan to buy two more twins and sew together for a king bed . They are of good quality and easy to install
I bought it to go around the queen bed in the guest room. It looks okay but does sag a bit here and there and was difficult to make it stay in place. I bought it thinking it would be easier to remove and wash than the one I had which covered the whole box spring top and I would have to lift the mattress to remove and replace it and it would slide around. I least this one is easier to remove and replace for washings.
Maybe it's just me but I have a bit of a hard time keeping them on the mattress nicely. Otherwise as far as the way they're made they are nice skirts. I think they're a bit on the longer side so they reach the floor and can tend to get stepped on and that can easily pull them off.
I gave this bed skirt three stars because it's very flimsy %26 the elastic is super stretchy. I guess for the price, it's gets the job done. I think a more durable cotton %26 sturdier elastic would put it in a different price bracket. The ole saying rings true…..”ya get what ya pay for”!
