Cheap and Noisy
Buy with caution , these are now imported , what a disappointment with Suburban. The Furnace made so much noise .... I removed it and found out that the squirrel cage was flopping around because no set screw had been installed on motor, and was grinding so loudly... dang I will replace with another one just to make sure of Suburban's 'new quality' . hopefully this won't happen again.....

This is the second heater that I have bought. The first one the blower wheel was grinding on the shroud out of the box. I returned it figuring maybe it got bounced around. They replaced it with same type heater and the same problem again. I had to modify the Fan motor and wheel so as to reposition it so it could turn freely. Said it was tested on it , which is a lie. My old heater had all steel components and standard Allen wrench screws. American made. This model was aluminum and metric allen screws. Most likely over seas. I got it to work because I needed the same heater. Otherwise I would have returned the second one and went in another direction
