This chewable is literally amazing! It tastes like like a little piece of candy from a smarties box and so easy to digest. Usually with products such as this one that is not in a pill form I tend to bloat or get bad GI stress but I have had 0 experience with this supplement. I love the fact that it also supports my sleep as well! The legion team is also so amazing and answers any questions you have, the service is truly unmatched!

I have the best sleep I've ever had after two chewable following my evening meal. I feel like my body truly takes in the nutrients in these chewables and responds with the best recovery I could ask for. I initially thought the chewables would be a gummy, like many of Legion's other popular products, but the Tums-like consistency is surprisingly satisfying, digests easily, and simply works. I'll repurchase for sure.

I prefer these as I only have to take one pill for a full dose. I've noticed I have uninterrupted sleep when I take them. Awesome! Been strength training for years and I feel supported and strong.

Absolutely love the chewable form! Makes consistency that much easier! I do have to say they are a bit on the tart side. My mom tried them and can't take them because of the tartness; and they are even rough for me and I love sour stuff.

Easy to swallow. Doesn't upset my gut. Will buy again.
