I struggle with terrible fall and winter allergies. IMO - I have a feeling many people who give this negative reviews are taking the PE or version in allergy med aisle and not taking the Pseudophedrine which is behind the pharmacy counter and you must have license or ID. The Real Sudafed works within 15-30 minutes every time. The one you grab yourself off the shelf and don't show ID, that version has been determined to be equivalent to a sugar pill. I believe selling both an incredible version and the phenyl- whatever is even confusing in trying to sound similar. Making the two are confusing and leading to negative reviews of your excellently working pseudoephedrine. No ID NEEDED! No NEED TO BUY! It's a little more money, but well worth the fact it actually works, instead of saving a few dollars, but feeling not at all better. Except you got a couple dollars which you're too ill to spend.

Literally the only allergy pill to help me. It even works for my sun who (just found out) is practically allergic to everything that blooms! This is a miracle allergy relief medicine. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been taking Sudafed red pill for 20 plus years it is actually the only thing that I have found that works for my sinuses and upper respiratory problems it does not make me sleepy like a lot of the other medications does I would recommend this to anyone that needs something for sinus and upper respiratory problems I usually get the box of 96 which is cheaper than buying 24 at a time as long as you don't over use not take for longer than you need them you want get to the point where they will not work for you

OMG! I didn't think that I would find anything to help relieve the pressure of sinus/congestion. I never tried this product before, but it will be my first of choice for future issues. I found this product to be quite effective in a short matter of time.

Sudafed Congestion works exactly how it proclaims. I've used this in its many forms for years for various reasons, including colds and allergies. In recent years, I've become very sensitive to most medications. I'm happy to say this product is one of the few I can still use without issue.

I have a cold that turned into an infection over 8-9 days. I have used so many boxes of tissues it is unbelievable. Today I went to the doctor and she told me to take this medicine to help with the sinus pressure and runny nose. 2 hours later I am able to sit in public without blowing my nose! In fact I have only blown my nose 3 times in the past 6 hours. This stuff is amazing and I will start making it my first line of defense for colds. Amazing how fast it works.

Red and two yellow dyes. And Shellac!?! Seriously? Etc etc etc etc in a long unnecessary list. It reminds me of Metamucil filled with sugar and dye. Just buy psyllium husks! Please stop doing this to us. Other than the poison, it is my only go to for relief. I like the 4 hour.

I'm no longer taking your product, Sudafed. The reason, I can't open the poorly designed pkg. I really liked it because it really works good for me. I'm 65. There's a reason the the pharmacy sends me easy to open prescription containers, my fingers aren't as dexterous. If your reasoning is to make it hard for illicit drug use that is ridiculous because druggies just smash the pills anyway. I love your product but I'm but tired of saying bad words trying to open. Thank you for hearing me out.

This med info sucks on info about how many to take and how hard it is to get a pill out of the package, not just me but friend's I have talked to about finding the information on how many to take and how often you get 1 star for that, it sucks, and how hard it is to get a pill out of the packaging, you get a 1 star, and don't care how good it works I will be buying other products but not your product, over priced and bad info on doses to take and bad packaging on trying to get pills out of wrapping, had to use a razor knife, not just me but friend's I have talk to feel the same way, product fail
