The portions are definitely smaller than they used to be… it takes three boxes to make the same amount in the same bowl that we have used my entire life that used to only require two boxes. But these things are so good . I also really appreciate the suggestions on how to make it a meal. 100/10 recommend adding fresh basil leaves!
I love all the Suddenly Salad varieties and have been buying them as long as I can remember. It's delicious as it is, and I often add additional vegetables, such as red onions, broccoli, and carrots to up the nutritional value. Would definitely recommend for a quick side dish or, with protein, as a main dish.
Can I give this 10 stars? Ha I know a lot of people prefer their homemade macaroni salad, but honestly this is my favorite pasta salad. I make this salad anytime we're invited somewhere, and every single time people compliment it and ask for the recipe... little do they know how easy it actually is! The flavor is so good - creamy, savory, and the ranch %26 bacon combo just works perfectly. It's one of those side dishes that disappears fast, so I usually make more than 1 box. Even the kids eat it, which is saying a lot in this house! It's quick to make, super convenient, and always turns out great. I like that you can also customize it by adding extra bacon bits, cheese, or even grilled chicken to make it more filling. Definitely a staple in our pantry and my go-to for cookouts, holidays, and get-togethers. If you need an easy side dish that everyone will love, this is it.
I really love this pasta salad I love the creamy bacon flavor it comes with veggies in it like peas and carrots I buy this quite often for a side dish for a cookout or just for dinner it's not the cheapest but it's worth it you can even get it in a large family size is very easy to prepare
so I tried all the different flavors and I think this one is my new favorite it had such a good taste and I thought it was delicious and it always makes good for a side, I can never make macaroni salad from scratch to save my life but I'm glad to have these in the cupboard to make them whenever I make dinner and I just get all the different flavors and keep them on hand and this one is my new favorite it's always like the bacon ranch one but this one I think is better now
While I typically favor traditional, family-inherited recipes, this option serves as a suitable alternative when time is limited. When properly prepared, it yields a pleasant and invigorating pasta salad that is well-received by my two teenagers. Individuals are welcome to incorporate additional ingredients according to their preferences, as we often do.
These have been on a Manufacturer Offer lately and I have been adding other items like chickpeas, spinach, peppers, etc to the recipes. Very good. Make it your own. Plus, the pasta has not caused any negative reactions when I sometimes have food sensitivities. Happy with the whole line %26 flavors.
I've tried almost every flavor of the suddenly salad pasta sides a lot of times I like to add olives and pepperoni and cheese and kind of darker them up but this was my first time trying this one it was pretty good, The taste does seem a little bit strong but all in all it was good when we had subs for dinner it was nice to have a cold pasta salad on the side I'll be trying more flavors that I can find now that I see more of them coming out this one seems very similar to their antipasto salad one with the olive oil this is close to that one just a creamy base
To be honest, I dump two boxes into a big flat container ( like my marinaters) and pick out the peas and carrots. I love the noodles and the ranch dressing enough to do so. Lately I've added my own ideas over the years. frozen peas, crumbled bacon, etc.
I made this item because I love it. I have previously ordered it from a grocery store that doesn't always have the same items so when I found it on walmart.com I was super excited. I made it for a potluck. And it tasted like I had forgotten the seasoning in it. It came with six of them and I had made two of them for the potluck. So then we tried making another one from the shipment and it was zero to no flavor as well. I don't know if it was this batch or why it tasted differently. But when I get it from the other stores, it does not taste like this. It has full flavor in the packaging and it's the exact same brand.
