Wow!! This stuff works great for replenishing cell salts while using deep tissue massage and compression hose to eliminate lymph edema! When I got done doing that over a weekend and finally peeled off my compression hose, it was full of stinky salts that I had sweat out! Each leg went from a bloated 150lbs to a much smaller tapered 75lbs. The different fruit flavors make it fun to drink. Good for adults and kids. Wash down a multivitamin with minerals with this drink giving it extra oomph!

Keep electrolyte drinks around for quick recovery after rapid fluid loss, like when people get sick. I really like that there's no coloring to dull my dentals and the tasty coconut flavor had a little tartness to it that was a surprise and I think it distracted from the usual saltiness of these type of drinks. I also liked the fact that it cost less than both name brand and store brand equivalents. Would buy again.

I do not care for Garteraid, but i find this very tolerable. No preservative taste or after-taste, great price, no food dyes, coconut taste. This worked well on my dehydration. You need to refridgerate after opening anddrink with in 48hours because lack of preservitives.

it was so useful. I was feeling dehydrated and was having a hard time keeping down food. this drink really made a difference. it was delicious and the size was perfect

These drinks are just wonderful. I drink one a day or maybe just half but I drink some of it every single day.

77 year old senior Parkinson's difficulties get cap off and difficult to remove the blue holding tape, and a cap itself you need a tight grip or something that is designed to take the cap off. would appreciate if it taste for stronger of coconut. but once you start to get used the battle of the cap it drinks well.

I have to have electrolytes in my system, so this is the best I’ve ever had it’s way better than any other drink. I’ve had I highly recommend it.

I took a few sips %26 it tasted very off. Tried to mix it with other fluids %26 still was really bad, then pinpointed the taste...RUBBING ALCOHOL!!! I think there's something very bad with this brand because even my father said the apple flavor was horrendous. Now a few hours after having this, I feel sick to my stomach!
